JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - To better serve our customers, we are pleased to announce that we have extended our Customer Service hours on Saturdays. Effective Saturday, May 5, our licensed Service Center staff is available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (ET) to help you with your insurance needs. 

Our Monday through Friday service hours have not changed.

For Eastern and Central Time Zone callers, our service center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (ET).

For Mountain and Pacific Time Zone callers, our service center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (ET).
