Now, he’s bringing a better way to shop for insurance to the Austin metropolitan area, as he opens his second location at 1101 Satellite View, Suite 404 in Round Rock (conveniently located in the same building as Keller Williams Realty).

Phung opened Brightway, The Phung Agency in Fishers, Ind., in July 2017. He came to Brightway with more than a decade of sales experience, including in the automotive industry where he was the General Sales Manager for a Nissan dealership for four years. He and his wife of five years, Xuan Le-Phung, have two children. A member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana, Phung speaks fluent English and Vietnamese. He enjoys serving his community by volunteering for the Mozel Sanders annual Thanksgiving dinner, Feed the Hungry event. Phung enjoys golfing and has a commercial pilot license. He is committed to building his business enterprise and is travelling between the Indiana and Texas locations for the first year to ensure both are providing the expert counsel Brightway has earned a reputation for providing. He looks forward to serving residents in Round Rock, Austin and surrounding communities to ensure they have the best insurance coverage possible to protect their financial futures.

Joining Phung at the new location is Angela Kenmir, who initially joined Phung’s team at the Indiana office. She brings 10 years of experience in claims adjustments, performance management, coaching and development and business development to Brightway and is eager to help consumers in Texas protect their financial futures.
